Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo, the founder of Commonwealth of Zion Assembly, has been arrested by the police force in order to interrogate him for the alleged rape case probed at him by Busola, the wife of a popular Nigeria musician, Timi Dakolo.

The deputy police commissioner and the Police Force Public Relations Officer, Frank Mba, disclosed this on Tuesday morning.

He said detectives are presently questioning  Pastor Biodun Fatoyinbo in their custody for interrogation and were inclusive whether he would be detained.

When asked why it took so long for the pastor to be invited, Mba said the police wanted to get statements from several witnesses and then build a solid case before asking him.

He emphasizes that the delay was to get contrite information from people.
