Sowore said this on Friday from the Department of State Services headquarters in Abuja where he is presently being held.
According to him, “I am tasking all Nigerians from around the globe not to faint in this time of adversity and struggle. I call on them to keep demanding for a great Nigeria.”
“They must keep agitating for freedom from the oppressors in a struggle for the soul of the country.”

“They must stand against this affront to democracy and build a nation which can support their dreams.”
The federal high court judge in Abuja, Justice Taiwo Taiwo had directed the DSS on Tuesday to release Sowore on bail.
Despite fulfilling his bail condition laid by the court and several attempts by the court bailiff and Sowore’s counsel to ensure the agency complies to that directive, Sowore is yet to be released by the government, drawing condemnation from across the globe.
